Guest books online (website or marketplace)
Guests open your online table reservation form on your website or the Reservble marketplace, pick a real-time available date and time, optionally choose a room/zone and even an exact table (if enabled). If deposits/prepayment are on, payment is completed during booking. Instant on-screen + email/SMS confirmation.
Auto-confirm & smart seating for the host
Your host or manager gets a new reservation notification. With auto-confirmation rules enabled, the booking is confirmed and a seat is auto-assigned on the live floor plan; the guest receives an SMS confirmation. When deposits are enabled, a successful payment serves as confirmation by design.

One-click check-in on arrival or auto (POS)
When the guest arrives, the host flips status from Approved → Arrived in one click on the floor plan. With POS integration, this check-in status updates automatically, keeping the reservation software and POS perfectly aligned while you handle walk-ins and the waitlist.

Automatic channel attribution & reporting
