COOKIE POLICY

Last updated: June 8, 2026

1. INTRODUCTION

This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies are used by the website www.reservble.com and the Reservble Platform (hereinafter — the “Website”), the purposes for which they are used, and how the data controller manages your consent.

Please read this document carefully. If you do not agree with our Cookie Policy, please immediately stop using the Website or adjust your browser settings accordingly.

This Policy applies in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, available at: https://restaurant.reservble.com/ua/privacy-policy

2. WHAT ARE COOKIES

Cookies are small text files stored on your device or mobile device when you visit a website. Cookies allow the website to recognise you, remember your settings and provide a personalised experience. Similar technologies include pixels and local storage (localStorage).

By using the Website, you agree to the placement of strictly necessary cookies (see Category 1 below). All other categories of cookies are placed only after you have provided your consent.

3. CATEGORIES OF COOKIES WE USE

3.1. Strictly Necessary

These cookies are essential for the Website to function. Without them, basic features are unavailable (login, session maintenance, storing your cookie consent decision). Consent is not required for these cookies under the ePrivacy Directive, as they are absolutely necessary to provide the service.

Important: Google Tag Manager does not itself collect data — however, it can trigger third-party scripts. We configure GTM so that analytical and advertising tags fire only after your consent has been obtained.

3.3. Analytical

These cookies help us understand how you interact with the Website: which pages you visit, how long you spend, and which source you came from. This data helps us improve the site and your experience. IP addresses are anonymised. Placed only with consent.

4. CONSENT AND MANAGEMENT

We request your consent to the placement of non-essential cookies before you interact with the main content of the site, via a consent banner. Strictly necessary cookies are placed automatically without consent — they are absolutely essential for the site to function.

Important: consent must be active, freely given and informed in accordance with GDPR Art. 7. Refusal must be as easy as giving consent. Prior to consent, no analytical, advertising or functional cookies are placed.

You can manage your consent in the following ways:

Cookie banner: click the “Manage cookies” button on the site to change your settings at any time

Browser settings: block or delete cookies via your browser settings (see instructions for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)

Google Analytics opt-out: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

Hotjar opt-out: https://www.hotjar.com/privacy/do-not-track/

Meta ad preferences: https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences

Consent records: we record the date, time and version of the Cookie Policy in force at the time consent was given. These records are retained as proof of consent in accordance with GDPR Art. 7(1).

5. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

You may withdraw your consent to non-essential cookies at any time without any consequences for you:

Click the “Manage cookies” button in the footer of the site or in your account settings

Change your browser settings to block or delete cookies

Use the opt-out options provided directly by each provider (Google, Hotjar, Meta)

Please note: withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal. Blocking certain cookies may affect the functionality of the site.

6. RETENTION PERIODS

The retention period for each type of cookie is specified in the tables in Section 3. General rules:

Session cookies: deleted automatically when the browser is closed

Persistent cookies: retained until the specified expiry date or until manually deleted by you

Consent records (retained by us): 12 months from the time consent was given (timestamp, consent categories, Policy version)

7. LIABILITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Reservble is not liable for:

the processing of data by third parties (including Google, Meta and Hotjar) from the moment data is transferred to their servers — each of these providers has its own privacy policy;

the consequences of changes to browser settings or the blocking of certain cookies that affect the functionality of the site;

any direct or indirect losses arising from the absence of or inability to use the site as a result of changes to cookie settings.

Reservble’s total liability for any losses related to the use of cookies is limited to the value of services received in the 3 (three) months preceding the month in which the loss arose, except in cases of wilful or grossly negligent conduct by Reservble.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy at any time. The date of the last update is always indicated at the top of the document. In the event of material changes, we will notify you via a banner on the site or a renewed consent request. Continued use of the site after a policy update without renewed consent is not permitted for new categories of cookies.

9. RIGHTS OF US USERS (CCPA/CPRA)

This section applies exclusively to residents of the State of California and other US states where applicable personal data protection legislation is in force (Virginia VCDPA, Colorado CPA, Connecticut CTDPA, etc.). If you are a resident of one of these states, you have additional rights regarding the use of cookies and tracking.

9.1. What constitutes “selling” or “sharing” data under CCPA

Under CCPA/CPRA, “sharing” personal data encompasses its disclosure to third parties for the purposes of cross-context behavioural advertising — even where no monetary compensation is involved. Our use of tools such as Meta Pixel (for retargeting and lookalike audiences) and Google Analytics (for behavioural analysis) may qualify as “sharing” of data within the meaning of CCPA.

9.2. Right to “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”

California residents have the right to opt out of the disclosure of their personal data to third parties for advertising purposes. To exercise this right:

Click the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer of our website

Send a request to support@reservble.com with the subject line “CCPA Opt-Out Request”

Use the opt-out tools provided directly by third parties: Google Analytics Opt-out (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), Meta Ad Preferences (https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences)

Upon receipt of your request, we will process it within 45 (forty-five) calendar days in accordance with CCPA requirements. If the request is complex, the period may be extended by a further 45 days, with notice to you.

9.3. Technical opt-out mechanism

Once you have exercised your right to opt out, we set a technical marker (cookie: ccpa_opt_out) that ensures advertising tags (Meta Pixel, Google Ads) will not be activated for your browser on subsequent visits. Analytical tools (Google Analytics) switch to anonymous mode without collecting identifiers.

9.4. Additional rights of US residents

Under CCPA/CPRA and the legislation of other states, you also have the right to:

Right to Know: which categories of personal data we collect via cookies and for what purpose

Right to Delete: collected personal data (contact support@reservble.com)

Right to Non-Discrimination: we do not restrict access to the Service or degrade the quality of services if you exercise your right to opt out

Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Data: we do not collect sensitive categories of personal data (health data, financial data) via cookies

9.5. Liability and limitations for the USA

Reservble does not qualify as a “business” within the meaning of CCPA (our primary markets are Ukraine and the EU); however, we voluntarily comply with CCPA/CPRA requirements in respect of California and other state residents. Reservble is not liable for the data collection practices of third parties (Meta, Google, Hotjar) after data has been transferred to their servers. Each of these companies is an independent data controller with its own privacy policy.
