The time limit for responding to any request is 30 (thirty) calendar days. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

We collect the following data:

Please do not include any sensitive personal information when filling out the “Your Comment” text box (e.g. allergies, etc.).
2.4. INFORMATION UPON BOOKING AND RESERVATION DETAILS AS A NON-REGISTERED USER
When you book or reserve, we also process the following details:
- Your name and, if applicable, your surname;
- Your telephone number;
- The restaurant where you make a reservation;
- Number of guests;
- Reservation Date and Time;
- Your comment (which may include special wishes and preferences).
Please do not include any sensitive personal information when filling out the “Your Comment” text box (e.g. allergies, etc.).
2.5. INFORMATION UPON CUSTOMER SUPPORT REQUEST
You may wish to contact our customer service for assistance or file a complaint. In this case, we will process your IP address and contact details as well as the content of your request in order to respond to your request.
2.6. INFORMATION UPON NEWSLETTERS AND PROMOTIONAL EMAILS
We may send you any promotional materials and newsletters only if You consent to such. The newsletter contains information about Website and restaurants as well as current offers. The legal basis for sending the newsletter is your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a) GDPR). When you opt in to newsletters, we also process the following details:

For your convenience the location of each restaurant is shown on Google Maps. Google collects your IP address. You can find the terms of use for Google Maps at https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps.html.
5. PURPOSES FOR DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING
We use the information specified in Clause 2 of this Privacy Notice for the purposes listed below. If We have performed any data processing that requires Your consent, We have obtained such consent from You in connection with the specific processing activity.
5.1. To perform Our obligations towards you, namely:
- to administer and manage Website, provide You with respective services. This includes helping You to create and manage Your account and access Our services;

7. DATA STORAGE TERM
We retain the Data only as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the data was collected. Due to regulatory requirements, most of Your data is stored as long as You are registered with Website. In case You want to delete Your account, all data (such as which segment You belong to or any other information generated for marketing purposes) is erased unless it is required by legislation or regulatory requirements that We retain the data.
